Monica qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist from the University of Leeds in 2013 and has been a key part of the Carisbrooke team for more than eleven years. During her training she researched the links between periodontal disease and obesity, which shaped her strong interest in periodontal health and preventive care. She provides the full range of hygiene services, from routine maintenance to the ongoing management of complex periodontal cases, working closely with referring dentists to support long term stability and predictable outcomes.

Monica takes a thoughtful and holistic approach to patient care. She focuses not only on treating symptoms but on identifying underlying causes and helping patients build healthy habits that improve their overall oral health. Clear communication and partnership with her patients are central to her approach, allowing them to take an active role in their treatment planning.

Alongside her dental work, Monica is an experienced facial aesthetics practitioner. She offers muscle relaxants for aesthetic and TMJ related concerns, dermal fillers, PRP therapy, micro needling, and chemical peels. Her aesthetic philosophy is centred on natural, balanced results that enhance confidence without compromising individuality.
