I was referred to Carisbrooke Dental Practice by my own dentist as I needed some root canal work that he could not do. The treatment I received was exemplary and the problem was solved. I found this practice to be very friendly and also professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My wife, son and I have been a patients of this practice for many years and it continues to maintain a high standard of care, advice and a professional approach by all staff members.

Exceptional treatment in all respects - as always!

I joined Carisbrooke many years ago after an emergency referral to correct a root canal done badly elsewhere. The treatment I received was so excellent I stayed as a general dentist patient. I had to have another root canal yesterday and again the experience was exceptional. Great care taken to ensure I knew what was happening every step and that I was relaxed and comfortable at all times. I have received a call and email today to check how things are - wonderful care and I'm happy to report only the most minor discomfort (not even requiring a paracetamol!). Huge thanks to Dr. Tousif Nathani and the whole Carisbrooke team who, from the moment you step through the door, are exceptional in their warmth and care.

I had a root canal procedure performed at the Carlbrooke Dental Practice.The Dentist, Tousif Nathani was very professional and kind . Prior to the treatment he explained what my options were and what my chosen treatment would involve, including recovery times and costs. On the day of the surgery I was very nervous but Tousif and his nurse put me at ease . He used a numbing gel before injecting the local anaesthetic so I honestly felt no pain! Obviously during the procedure I heard lots of noises from the drill etc also pressure but Tousif was constantly monitoring and asking if I was ok . The dental nurse was also very professional and kind . I have only praise for the practice, the reception staff , communication,cleanliness, comfort and parking facilities. Thank you

Friendly and helpful service as always

Viral was excellent as always. Polite, attentive and able to explain things in simpler terms to better understand. Monica is also an exceptional hygienist who is very professional, kind and polite. I've been coming here for about 8 years I believe and they really do look after you, also credit to the receptionists who are always so welcoming. You pay what you get for, I just wish all dentists and dental practices were this professional and kind.

My experience of the level of patient service and care at Carisbrooke Dental Practice could not be better.

I was referred to Carisbrooke Dental for root canal treatment, which was not something I was looking forward to on the basis of other people's experiences elsewhere. I am very pleased to say that I am very happy with the service and treatment I received. Dr Tousif Nathaniel in particular must receive my greatest thanks. He was professionally friendly, asked appropriate questions, listened to my answers, remained calm, explained clearly what he was going to do and then did it. I was in no discomfort. I did not feel stressed. That night I slept extremely well. Having had a longterm infection I was monitored so had a follow up appointment. I am no longer in discomfort and I am extremely grateful to Dr Nathani for his people skills and expertise in dentistry.

Really good experience with Jeremy and team, all the way through from Reception to Surgery. I had three implants into a very complex arrangement and was very pleased with the result. Everything was explained clearly, with alternative treatments to consider, before committing to the work. It took a long time, but I felt that the recovery periods built in were necessary so wasn’t too bothered and wouldn’t want to have felt rushed. There was no pressure to get anything done and any questions I asked were fully answered each time. I would recommend Jeremy and his team to my family and friends for complex dental procedures.
